Personalized Products

Personalized items require additional processing time:

• Standard Ground Shipping: Delivered within 7–9 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 7 business days.
• Rush Shipping: Delivered within 6 business days.

Sign & Send® Service

Our Sign & Send® service allows you to personalize a real Hallmark card, and we'll address, stamp, and mail it for free. This service uses USPS First-Class Mail, and tracking is not available. Expedited and Rush shipping options are available for an additional fee.

Store Pickup Options

• Buy Online, Pick Up in Store: Place your order online and pick it up at your local store, typically within 3 hours.
• Ship to Store: If an item is out of stock at your local store, we can ship it there for free on orders totaling $30 or more. For orders less than $30, a $7.99 fee applies. Items usually arrive in 5–7 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order status by signing into your account on our website.

Additional Information

• We currently ship to valid addresses within the United States.
• Expedited and Rush shipping are not available for PO boxes.
• Weekend delivery is not available for Expedited or Rush shipping options.
• International shipping and shipping to U.S. territories or Overseas Military Mail (APO/FPO/DPO) are not available.
