Use and Care Instructions:

1. Heating:
   • Ensure your microwave is clean and the turntable rotates freely.
   • Refer to the heating guide attached to your Warmies for specific heating times, typically up to 90 seconds.
   • After heating, allow the product to stand for 30 seconds before use.
   • Enjoy the warmth for up to 2 hours; reheat only when the product has returned to room temperature.
2. Cooling:
   • Place your Warmies in a grip-seal freezer bag and leave in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
   • Apply to the desired area for cooling relief.
3. Cleaning:
   • Surface clean only with a lightly damp cloth.
   • Do Not immerse in water or wash in a machine, as this can damage the filling material.
